Q: What is the difference between General Admission & VIP tickets?
General Admission tickets give you access to watch the show from the grass with some seating available
VIP tickets give you access to watch the show from the Viewing Deck with enhanced sightlines, some additional seating options, and VIP bar access.

Q: Will I be able to get food during a Waterfront Concert Series show?
The Waterfront Container Village food vendors will open past 7PM during events, and The Docks will be open for all your beverage needs.

Q: Can I bring a chair?
No personal chairs will be allowed past security for ticketed events. There are some seating options available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Is this show all-ages?
Yes, shows are open to all ages. We check ID at the gate and wristband accordingly. If you are over 19, you must have a physical copy of your government-issued ID to receive a 19+ wristband.

Q: What time does everything start?
Doors open for this show at 7PM. Music starts at 8PM.

Q: Is this event rain or shine?
Rain or shine! As long as it’s safe, we’ll be here.
