Q: What is the difference between General Admission & VIP tickets?
General Admission tickets give you access to watch the show from the grass with some seating available
VIP tickets give you access to watch the show from the Viewing Deck with enhanced sightlines, additional seating options, and VIP bar access.

Q: Will I be able to get food during a Waterfront Concert Series show?
The Waterfront Container Village food vendors will open past 7PM during events, and The Docks will be open for all your beverage needs.

Q: Can I bring a chair?
No personal chairs will be allowed past security for ticketed events.

Q: What time does everything start?
Doors open for Waterfront Concert Series events at 7PM. Music starts at 8PM.
