Q: What is the difference between General Admission & VIP tickets?
General Admission tickets give you access to watch the show from the grass with some seating available
VIP tickets give you access to watch the show from the Viewing Deck with enhanced sightlines, additional seating options, and VIP bar access.

Q: Do I have to be 19 to attend?
No! Shows on the Waterfront Container Village stage are open to all ages. Everyone needs a ticket to get past the gates, and then they’ll receive a 19+ or Under 19 wristband accordingly. You must present valid, government-issued ID to receive a 19+ wristband.

Q: Will I be able to get food during a Waterfront Concert Series show?
The Waterfront Container Village food vendors will open past 7PM during events, and The Docks will be open for all your beverage needs.

Q: Can I bring a chair?
No personal chairs will be allowed past security for ticketed events.

Q: What time does everything start?
Doors open for Waterfront Concert Series events at 7PM. Music starts at 8PM.
