Are you 19 – 30 years old? Would you enjoy working in a fun, outdoor space? Curious to get a peek behind the curtain of great live events? You’re in luck — we’re hiring an Operations Student position for the summer.
What can you expect?
Honestly, the hours are long and consist of mostly evenings and weekends — events happen *way* outside of a 9 to 5 — but you won’t be bored!
Picture it: you spend the morning pulling together a project budget, putting up signage, and coiling cables, and then the next thing you know, you’re moving a bunch of picnic tables, unloading gear with a forklift, putting up a giant tent, cutting the tails off about a million zip-ties, and then moving all the picnic tables back again. And now imagine you get to do all of that AND it’s raining!
There’s no typical day here. We have some fun, though. You’d get to work with a great team of people, meet some of the best partners in the business, and you can always work behind a desk next year.
A little about you:
You should be independent, organized, have a flexible schedule, and be kind of handy. We’re looking for help troubleshooting stuff and doing maintenance or minor repairs. We’ll provide forklift and scissor lift training, but experience in either would be an asset.
If you read all that and your immediate reaction was ‘SAY LESS’, send your resume to email hidden; JavaScript is required by March 31, and tell us what interests you most about joining this sort-of-weird-but-award-winning team. Bonus points for creativity.
